Hi just needed a couple of answers
1) what kind of disabilities are we talking about here?..mental or physical?
2) Can i put a disabled character in the logo
3) are you looking for just a text logo or one with a symbol?
4) are you willing to make the project payment guaranteed ?

1) All disabilities...mental, physical, developmental, intellectual
2) Since many disabilities are invisible, I don't think it would be relevant
3) I'm open-picturing something using Maryland colors (red, yellow, black, white) and WW (but I'm super un-creative)
4) I don't know what that means

The fourth one refers to the fact that you have prepaid Design crowd but the project is not payment guaranteed...that means that you may not make the payment. Making a project "payment guaranteed" shows the project owner is serious about his need of the product and is not playing around to see if he or she gets something.
Making a project payment guaranteed generally results in good designers submitting their design, because of the seriousness of the client.
