Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new residential townhouse construction project in Unanderra which is 90 klm south of Sydney.

The Project was called "Kings Park" based on the local predominant trees on the site which are called "Kings Park Special".

The development comprises 9 large double storey Townhouses bordering on a natural reserve (see below google map link)

We are predominantly selling to Chinese Investors so the Logo should take into consideration Chinese values.

In general terms the logo should be clean, modern we must be careful not to be seen as cheap or expensive so nothing too fancy.

All suggestions are welcome. No design or colour preferences on this one. Completely free hand for you guys. Let your creative juices flow!
