Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design (logo and company name) for a new company.
The company name is called Waterfront Surveys Australia.
We do underwater environmental surveys for residential waterfront houses who are building jetties, pontoons, etc.
I would like a logo that incorporates the concept of a jetty on the waterfront, and marine (possibly underwater) colours and theme (please no pictures of boats though). Also would like to incorporate those ideas into the company name font.
