Our HR Consulting firm works with small to medium sized employers (500 or less employees) and helps them be compliant, competitive and achieve company goals through HR practices and programs. Our differentiator is that we bill for the value of service, work as an extension of their company (become their HR team), and customize our solutions to fit their business goals. Our clients value their employees and are willing to invest in their company to be the best place to work that they can. We recently changed our name from HROI to HR Solutions to be more descriptive of what we do. The foundational aspect of return on investment still holds true.
The final design should be contemporary, but still reflect a personalized service. The logo should be aspirational, forward thinking, and demonstrate that the client can move forward with confidence base on the expertise and customized solutions we provide. We would like to see the color blue or green in the designs. Logo could be a word mark OR icon with word mark. Will use it in horizontal applications (footers of HR forms). We have been using a WM in superscript to represent West Michigan. Open to have it be WM (like a trade mark) or spelled out. Formal legal name is HR Solutions Group of West Michigan, LLC.
