Logo Design Brief

Hi, I need a logo for a Switzerland based company I am about to found. It will hopefully one day provide medical services on a global scale...

I have a quite specific idea of the logo, but lack the art and graphics program skills to execute it.

Please see the must have section for a precise description of what I am looking for.

Requirements

Must have

• - scalable vector graphics format (SVG)
  - text "Aleta" must not be integrated in logo, it can just stand below or to the right (do not use all-caps, use exact casing "Aleta", first letter uppercase, rest lowercase)
  - final result should have transparent background (although typically it will be displayed on white background, maybe gray, metallic or glass)
  - less is more (try to use as few strokes as possible, but as many as necessary to satisfy the requirements)
  - female head looking to the left
  - use blue gradients
  
  I attached 20 images which I grabbed from the internet which demonstrate individual feature I would like to have:
  
  #1: this is a pretty good overall example of what I want (although not elegant enough): female head with a few strokes, looking to the left (ignore the colors). my logo should not extend below the neck.
  
  #2: from this image take the colors (blueish) and the type of stroke (elegant). I also like how the 2 hair strands almost make up a DNA helix.
  
  #3: here I like how very few additional strokes give volume to the hair
  
  #4: nothing special to take from this image
  
  #5: nothing special to take from this image
  
  #6: nothing special to take from this image
  
  #7: nothing special to take from this image
  
  #8: take the beautiful strokes and shiny gradients from this one. the logo should look like this one, except it should be a female head and the color gradients should be blue.
  
  #9, #10, #11: the woman should wear a small tiara/diadem (of a princess). the tiaras in these images are of course too massive/complicated, just take the general form and use very few strokes to "suggest" the existence of a tiara.
  
  #11, #12: take the colors and gradients from these 2 images
  
  #13: IMPORTANT: this is the exact head posture I want. the woman's head in the logo should have exactly this angle. You can probably use this image as a background to draw the logo outlines.
  
  #14 (paz vega): form this one take the straight look/gaze into the distance. a somewhat neutral/aloof gaze.
  
  #15 (rachel weisz): from this one take the general hair style
  
  #16 (heidi klum): notice how the necklines are clearly defined here. maybe have a strong neckline, too
  
  #17 (angelina jolie): take the beautiful jawline from angelina (not the lips, though)
  
  #18 (charlize cheron): nothing special to take from this image (maybe the aristocratic aura of charlize)
  
  #19 (madonna): nothing special to take from this image
  
  #20 (natalie portman): nothing special to take from this image
