The primary reason for this project is to create the design for an entry sign to hang from our entry monument into the new 85-lot subdivision. The graphics will also be used in marketing materials for this new subdivision. The entry column takes its lead from Brighton England and heavily influenced by the American Craftsman style. The Entry Column will be a combination of old brick and tabby stucco (stucco with sea shells) and will be . The sign will hang from a heavy dark wood timber that protrudes from the entry column. We plan to incorporate heavy metal scrolls into the entry signage, but have not finalized this yet. We are in the process of finalizing the entry design, but want to first determine if the signage design is strong enough to influence the final architectural design of the entry feature.
Target Market(s)
Our customers are both young professional couples with school aged children and recently retire active adults. The home prices range from $350,000US to $475,000US in master planned community with primarily brick and wood sided homes that primarily Traditional American and American Craftsman style homes.
