Logo Design Brief

We need to make a new logo for our service to reflect the evolution of our solution. We offer a cloud service to help companies move their business online. Our company name is Dagoba and our baseline is DO IT ONLINE. The base line should be in the logo.
Our current logo is too institutional, we need something more original. Blue is our main color. We would like to have the baseline integrated into the logo, but in a way that we can change it, we will have to do a version where we replace "DO IT ONLINE" by "SPORTS". (We'll do this last change by ourselves, this is not part of the required work).
The font and design should communicate business environment, technology and easiness/simplicity. The name of our solution/company is strong and should not be overwhelmed by the design elements.
