please confirm this is for psd design only for 5-6-pages & not full css coded or backend built for the budget set
Also please guarantee the contest if you want the best designers to work on it

Hi @Smart, thank you for your message. That is correct, the design is for artwork (PSD) only. The build will be managed in house. The project will not be guaranteed as I have been bitten before and lost money on designs that didn't meet the standard, however I can Guarantee if there is a suitable winner the winner and 2nd place will receive full payment as well as more design work for the project.

I have also been bitten many times before and lost money on project holders that got free designs from all designers & never paid for the hard work!
