Logo Design Brief

I need an inexpensive logo that I want to use for tee shirts for my team. My team does computer security and I am open to any ideas. The logo must be very bold and strong, and a bold color such as red.

Within the logo I need the letters "CIDC" and somewhere outside the logo the words "Cyber Intelligence and Defense Center" The letters CIDC must really stand out and be a large font size. You can use 'and' or '&', whichever you prefer.

The one idea I had was a combination of the KGB logo with the shield and the sword and also the wings from the aeroflot logo. But the FBI logo is also interesting.

Ideally, I would like to have a 4 color version, a single color version and then the letters CIDC as separate image pieces.
