Signage Design Brief

Yard sign
I have uploaded my Logo and a picture of a home I built
Company Name : AVEXIUM
The sign Is 27" x 18"
I want the sign to reflect that perfect day-spring/summer the one that makes you feel good- I want the customer to feel good looking at the sign so it can stay in his yard for a period of time and I want a potential customer to drive by see the sign and think I want my house to look like that. or at least start thinking I should call that company. "that is a real nice sign"

-statement: "Providing the best service to your home so you can live comfortably"
-The house picture I uploaded is optional. I jjust want something that reflects a nice day. Might have to much going on
-Logo with name to the right
-Phone1234567890

-improve quality, improve value, increase longevity, save thousands (not sure of the best way to word quality, value, longevity and save thousands) if there is a way to sum this up even better. this is optional as well
- everything has to be clear and readable

Potential customers may take pictures of the sign. Is there a way to integrate something to enhance what happens Or at least encourage a potential customer to take pictures and share. Some kind of reaction (may not be possible) if possible let me know
Basically if there is way the yard sign can get more noticed and shared further enhancing its advertising ability. I want to try and take advantage of technology
