Poster Design Brief

I require a poster design to promote an 'Amazing Race' style event in Melbourne, Australia. Teams will have to navigate, solve clues and complete activities in a race across the city.

I would like a poster with the event name 'Crescendo' in large 'Circus' font arced across the bottom third of the design.
I would like the event to have the tag line 'Good Friends. Better Rivals.' I don't have a preference on the style, but wish it to be dramatic and portray heated competition.

The event is being held in Melbourne, so I wish for the design to prominently feature a Melbourne landmark. I have attached a number of pictures taken in Melbourne. It may be advisable to only feature one landmark. Flinders Street Station is probably the most recognisable landmark.

I don't wish for the design to be overly cluttered. I would like a design that clearly communicated competition. Some ideas may be a finishing line or a starting pistol. But please don't be limited by these suggestions.

I'm one for the dramatic, so prefer designs to be slightly darker and dramatic.
