why? if there is a good design I will pay. If there is not then why should I pay for something I don't want?

Why should we design something most or all of us won't get paid for?

With a project with these demands/wishes and a minimum reward it's good practice to at least guarantee the project, it will definitely get you better designs.

Can you tell us... the plastic tube... is it clear with a paper insert or opaque plastic that is pad printed on the outside?

Hey guys you can pick either kind of tube (clear or opaque) Does this project show as guaranteed? Because it is.  

Can I just comment that your logo color scheme is counteracting the message - Cool should be in blue not red - red text on the word cool undermines the meaning quite a bit.
