Logo Design Brief
My company, Daugherty Management, markets, promotes and manages luxury vacation home rentals in Sandpoint, ID. Right now, 10 of the 11 homes I manage are amazing, million dollar, waterfront homes on Lake Pend Oreille (check out: www.vrbo.com/294150 as an example). People and families come from Southern California, Texas, Utah, Florida, Calgary Canada, and locals form Spokane WA to play on 43 mile long Lake Pend Oreille (pronounced 'pond - array') in summer. In winter, they come to ski at Schweitzer Mountain (largest ski mountain in ID and WA states).
Daugherty Management provides a very high level of marketing, promotion and property management to Owners, as well as full concierge service and professionally & meticulously cared for and fully appointed luxury homes to vacation in. No one offers the level of care & service we do for our homes and guests return year after year. Final design should communicate: professional home & vacation care in a spectacularly gorgeous part of the world.

Families with adults 35-70 who are looking to plan a vacation in Sandpoint and want a nice home to be in. Owners of luxury homes who want additional income or the home utilized when they cannot.
