Flyer Design Brief

We are an Accounting firm looking for a clean, professional flyer design that can be printed and also posted on social media (or sent via e-mail).

KEY Requirements:
- DL size print with 3mm bleed (pdf)
- For social media – same design without the bleed
- We want to keep the message simple and the emphasis to be on the price of "$77" to be the main focus of the design.
- Suggested wording below, also have attached an example of something we did internally but please do not copy – we do however like the way the word "FROM" and the "$77" have been positioned, so please keep it similar.
- If it is possible to incorporate a map showing our location ON THE FRONT of the flyer that would be good. If not then use the back of the flyer.
- Would like to have the message of “Embracing cloud technology and ‘Sage Point and Claim’” imbedded on the front too. NOTE: the message we want WITHOUT GETTING MESSY AND USING TOO MUCH TEXT is that by embracing technology such as cloud, paperless documents and new technology such as point and claim, we can have returns starting from $77. QUESTION for designer: Can we use the SAGE POINT AND CLAIM application image (or are there restrictions on this)?

Suggested wording (referred from above), something along the line of:
