Logo Design Brief

Shades of NY is a company that will host Adult Erotic parties for couples and single woman who want to explore their sexuality in a group setting. Parties will consist of pre-screened members from a wealthy, powerful and celebrity crowd. Think Eyes Wide Shut NYC style:) We need a very erotic, sophisticated and classy look. We want our website to involve a lot of black and white semi-nude pics overlaying night scenes of NYC, so the logo must fit with that theme. The goal is also to eventually branch out so we have parties in other cities, so eventually we would want to have a "Shades of LA" or "Shades of Miami," etc. so the logo must be able to accommodate other variations without loosing brand consistency. Our closest competitor is killingkittens.com, but we want our company to be distinctly New York, not London:)
