Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Real Estate Investment company called "Penny Homes". We buy distressed properties at a discount, renovate and restore them to like new condition, then resell them. We would like our logo to convey value, but not cheap. Our initial thought was a line drawing of a house, inside a circle, in a copper color. But we are open to creative designs. Maybe related to the name "Penny", or maybe not.
