Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Real Estate Investment Company. We help people who are having challenges with their finances come up with creative solutions to save their credit and avoiding foreclosure. We pay cash for any home. We also will do short term private lending services. We have used the Hammerschmidt Family Crest as a logo but would like to come up with something different or incorporate the crest in another way. We'd really like to get some ideas.
