Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new dog walking business in Maryland. I have attached a photo of my dog, Patterson. She looks just like Lassie and I would like that to come across in the logo design. When people say the business's name it makes me think of The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy talks about her Auntie M. I would like to have four colors used in the design. Tan, black, white and red.
I would like the logo to be a women walking a dog specifically a Sheltie. On the Sheltie I would like red shoes/Muttluks like Dorothy had in the Wizard of Oz.
I am retired law enforcement, tomboy type girl. I am very happy go lucky person and want that to come out in the logo. I mostly wear a baseball cap, hooded sweatshirt, basketball type sweatpants and sneakers.
My business name: Annee Ms Dog Walking, LLC
The tagline is: A tired dog is a good dog and would like to show a dog in a walking/ fast pace action to show they are being exercised..
