Wordpress Design Brief
This will be an uncoded Wordpress theme design only. Winning designer will provide PSD source files.
We need a wordpress themedesign for an established auction and real estate company based in Pennsylvania. The client wants one overall theme for their primary company website with 2 child themes, one for auction division and one for real estate division. Each child theme will have it's own color scheme and some variation in layout.
The primary company logo is Blue with white/black/silver elements. (see attached zip file)
The auction division logo is Gold with black/white elements (see attached zip file)
The real estate division logo is Green with white/black/silver elements. (see attached zip file)
Also attached are 2 PDF files showing a sample layout that the client came up with that they really like; however, this should only be used as a starting point. We want to see what creative, clean layouts you can come up with.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We like what we've seen so far, but want to stress that we are looking for one main theme for the "Sanford Alderfer Companies" and 2 child themes one for "Alderfer Real Estate" and one for "Alderfer Auctions" ... The winning designer will provide 3 PSD files, or we may choose multiple designers to meet this request.
