Logo Design Brief

I need a simple, powerful logo for my consulting practice that illustrates my unique niche. I help governments, non-profits, and communities to do financial planning to achieve their goals for marine conservation (including reefs, fisheries, water quality, etc). I help them find and attract investors and implement cutting-edge conservation finance mechanisms. The logo needs to show both a financial / money element and an ocean / reef / marine element. Saving the ocean is the end goal, and we need more money to help communities achieve their marine goals. Please help me to illustrate this graphically! Thanks.
