Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in London, England, called 'Habitu'. We design, build and project manage loft conversions and side return extensions in houses and flats across London and the south east of England. We also completely refurbish and renovate properties for homeowners.

We always consider energy efficiency in our project designs, and where possible we specify effective thermal insulation, energy efficient heating systems and microrenewable technologies to generate heating and electrical systems such as solar thermal or photovoltaic.

We are looking for a striking and contemporary looking logo design that will be the focal point of our company branding and will transfer well onto clothing branding, vehicle livery, letter headed paper, company footers, scaffold banners, etc. We do not want the logo to reflect too directly our leaning towards energy efficient design and retrofit although it may be a design consideration.

Please create a logo and company name design that is contemporary, simple, striking, bold and memorable.
