Logo Design Brief

We require a logo for our new company. Theotis Limited is a Property and Investment Company. Theotis is the combination of two names, Theo and Otis. Our thoughts are to have the font in one colour apart from the 'O' which should be half yellow, half green. We are looking for a fairly conservative and simple design. We actually like one of the free designs that vista print offer, the two interlocking squares as it represents the two names as well as the two facets of the company. However, being that it is a free service and other people may have selected this design we want something that is unique to Theotis.
