Winstitute, a HR Consulting Firm focused on Training & Development is seeking a Brochure Design for one of its training programs - High Performance Induction Training Program.

The designs should be innovative,image led and interesting to read. We would like to see designs that incorporate the colours Blue and Green. Because this company is based in Africa, we would like the designers to use image of Black people instead of Caucasians.

Must have

• Winstitute Logo, A link with the Parent Company Workforce Group (We usually add that Winstitute is a member of the Workforce Group) The Group Logo and the Pantone Colours have been attached

Nice to have

• The entire Brochure should be graphically led. That is, lots of graphics - Infographics/Images/colours etc

Should not have

• No Caucasian images. We are an African based Firm and would like to have African images
