T-shirt Design Brief

I a traveling to Copa America in South America, big soccer event, anyways you can google Piojo Herrera which is the coach for Mexico National Team and he is known for his antics. There is a meme of him turning super saiyan (Dragon Ball Z) terms. you can google that also. I just want a super cool t shirt of such or even something funny I am really open to suggestions and modifications I don't have to stick to this.
