Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a company based in Monterrey Mexico. We are in the construction and real estate development industry. I like simple and concise designs . Colors I like are: NAVY BLUE, ARMY GREEN, DARK RED. Although the company is called "Desarrollos Mafersa".. The word "Mafersa" is more important and I want to highlight this. I want to communicate strenght, firmness, and simpleness. Manly font is suggested as well. "Desarrollos" means "Developments" and Mafersa is just some initials, it has no specific meaning.
