Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a new coffee shop in Balham, London with the name Escape the Daily Grind, serving premium teas and coffees and artisan breads/pastries.
I want it to be a modern, sleek design, relatively minimalist, as I would like to use it as a stamp for the takeaway coffee cups/bags etc.
I like the idea of having the words inside or as part of a cup or a coffee grinder but am open to other ideas. The shop will have a rustic look, so complementary colours would be better,
