Menu Design Brief

I would like a professional layed out menu re-type.. Black background preferred with white letters.. but open to ideas.. I have attached our current menu which we believe is not layed out correctly and we would like to have the RAW ie shrimp, cocktail. chilled lobster tail, oysters and tuna wontons perhaps in a box or something listed first.. Re-organized menu items.. but would like Apps, housemade flatbreads and the main subject discriptions listed as in our current menu. Help us enhance our menu.. not looking for pictures.. just clean and modern.. thanks! Please also NOTE.. We have our logo on the front cover of black leather menu jackets all 6 pages are inserted via corner tabs.. Everything needs to fit on 6-
8.5 x 11 pages...
