Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a Carpet and Tile cleaning business.
We want a wave eg. pipeline wave, with a vacume cleaner and a figure (eg. a whale) on a carpet surfing it. this design will need to be able to be used for a vinyl cut which will be placed on a black work van/ background. The colour I like is electric blue with white wash from the wave. We will be serving a beach side holiday maker area where people come to see the whales when they migrate.
