Logo Design Brief

My mom celebrates her 50th birthday this year and I would like to do something special to honor her baking abilities. She sells her baked goods - from breads to cookies to pies - to friends and family for a fraction of what she could be as my hometown of 20,000 people does not have a legitimate bakery. She is not yet confident to start her own bakery, but I’m hoping this will help move her in the right direction.

I’m hoping the talented graphic designer community could help me design a logo for “Rocking Cow Bakery”...something along the lines of a jersey cow with a baker/chef’s hat on with the name of the bakery somewhere in the mix. My parents own a dairy farm named Rocking Cow Farm in Wisconsin and my mom has already started referring to her local business as Rocking Cow Bakery.

I'm fairly open beyond that though my mom seems to favor blue as a color and brown and white cows (in particular, jerseys) over black and white cows. For those not fortunate to grow up on a dairy farm, here are a few links to photos of jersey cows that I think demonstrate their adorableness:
