Invitation Design Brief
We need an event invitation and rsvp device designed (for our members) and we have a separate letter to send out to a larger mailing list and we want the invitation information incorporated into that letter (don't need RSVP designed for that). 3 pieces (invite, rsvp and letter).
I have uploaded general info for the invite. We want business sponsors listed on the invite but are still collecting logos so it will need to be designed with space for a few more logos and a few more names - I will get those to the designer we select. The letter that was uploaded has the text we want to include but we don't necessarily want it to look like a traditional letter -- so don't feel like you have to stick with our letter head design - the logos should be in the final product but we don't need all the board member names (I can send additional logo files upon request).
The letter will need to fit into a standard envelope but doesn't have to be 8.5 x 11 - If it fits on one side great - otherwise 2 is fine. our website is www.cacapon.org
Please refer to the attachments for the text details of the invites.

Requirements
Must have
- simple and elegant is generally better than busy and loud. Organizational logos - either our 25th special logo or both - which ever works best.
Nice to have
- might be interesting for the invite on the letter to be detachable -- ie you could remove the invite from the larger letter and keep on it's own.
Should not have
- anything to cutsie
