Logo Design Brief
We would like to either improve upon our current logo design or have a new design brought forward.
GotYourFile is a product offered by ITUtility.NET, a cloud hosting company located in Ottawa, Canada.
GotYourFile is a cloud file storage, sharing and syncing service that is sold as a monthly subscription service. The product is simple to use and secure. GotYourFile provides enterprise-class capabilities for file management to SMBs. We sell direct to end customers and offer a fully automated sign up and billing solution so there is no need to involve IT in setting up the service. We offer a 30-day risk free trial with very competitive pricing. Our service is also ideal for projects where all projects can be managed from one interface with different access rights per project.

The current website (www.gotyourfile.ca) is going through a complete redesign and we need an updated/new logo for the new website.
The work includes either improving the current logo which can just be making it look more professional based on the same design, provide a variation to the current design or a complete new logo. If the same logo design is used, we would like a version with the name below and to the right of the logo (See attached file).
Attached is a compressed file with the current logo design and colour scheme. We would like to keep the current colour scheme in the updated/new design. We would like the final version in AI format.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended Reason: We are spending more time on the project than expected to ensure we do things right. This has caused a delay of about 2 weeks so we will most likely need to extend the project for another 2-weeks and maybe more. The review and approval of the logo is not scheduled for another 2 weeks.If we need to pay for the next extension, we are OK with that.We will also be increasing the dollar value for our logo design as this is the first time we have used this service and it is amazing the results we have received to date.
