Logo Design Brief

I need a logo and brand mark for my personal weblog, located at http://jan-v.nl.
The content of the blog is about different technologies used in web development, cloud development and other stuff related to software development in general.

I would like the letters J and V be combined in some way in the brand mark and logo. That's not a hard demand of course as I'm open to other suggestions.

The logo should contain the text 'jan-v.nl', 'Jan-V.nl' or 'Jan-V' (without the apostrophes). I wouldn't mind if the text 'weblog' was added also, but that's not mandatory.

The website itself also needs a new design, so you don't have to check out the current colors/design on the site, this will be changed to match with the created logo and brand mark.

Requirements

Must have

• The logo and brand mark don't have any big must-haves. It does have to fit with the web design, which will be created later.
• The web design should be responsive and designed as such.

Nice to have

• Attached are some files which I find are pretty and could serve as inspiration.
• It would be nice to have the website design (templates) be delivered in HTML, CSS and JS files. I just need an overview and a detail page template.
