Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business. I am a real estate broker in San Diego. I will use the logo for my business cards, on my web page as well as signage on my listings. I sell mostly residential income properties but do sell residential homes as well. Income properties include duplexes, 30 unit apartment buildings and everything in between. I would like the final design to be reflective of San Diego (a coastal city) as well as show experience in finding good Real Estate purchases and in getting the highest price when selling. I am an attorney, Real Estate Broker, have experience in Real Estate Purchases, Sales, Real Estate Loans and Real Estate Management.
