A bit about our company. We are Bank of Cardiff, a commercial finance lender. What that means if that we finance all types of equipment for businesses with revenues of $2MM/annually to $50MM annually. Unlike most banks in the US, we are more aggressive and inherently take more risk with our portfolio decisions.

Besides equipment leasing, we also lend capital to businesses looking to expand. The capital can be used in the following areas:

Business Expansion
Payroll
Hire more employees
Marketing (pay for print, social media, online, TV/radio)
Purchase inventory in bulk and get a discount from distributors/suppliers
Purchase materials in bulk and get a discount from suppliers
Pay Open Tax Liens or Legal Judgments

We are looking to create a "direct mail piece" BROCHURE that will be mailed out to prospective customers (via post). We mail several thousand brochures each month, in an attempt to find business owners that are looking to expand. These are sent via United States Postal Service.

Our customer base are companies, not individuals. More specifically, they are businesses that have financed equipment in the past, or taken business loans from competitors of ours. We would like the letter design to showcase our offer, $250,000 pre-approval for their business, but also highlight similar businesses in a variety of industries that we've worked together. That highlight should look like a review from a real customer.

We need graphics and icons to balance out the heavy amount of text. The letter should look modern and clean.

I am open to any suggestive designs. Thank you in advance for your efforts!

Target Market(s)

Business Owners in the United States that are looking to expand their business. Either they're looking to add equipment, which they'll need our help to finance, or they're looking for capital to help the business expand.
Customers range from doctor's offices, to contractors that build homes/buildings, that lay concrete and pave streets, to restaurant owners and everything in between.

Requirements

Must have

• Must have vibrant pictures/colors and icons that simplify our offer and communicate the message. Modern icons like the ones attached.
• At the bottom of the brochure, there should be a check made payable to the business. Though it's not a real check, it's a marketing check that is meant to demonstrate that our interest in providing capital to their business is real.
• At the top of the page, there should be a clear offer made as well as a call to action: call us/register online.
• In the middle of the page, you can do any of the following:
• -Talk about the offer (just enter filler text, we will handle the copy) We do not need you to come up with text / copy content, just formatting and design. We can play add libs and fill in the blanks as we go along.
• -Demonstrate what the business owner can use the money towards. Please use the examples listed in the Project Description:
