Business Card Design Brief

We are a small family company, carrying out electrical consulting for a number of architects, electrical contractors and clients.We design lighting, power, data, audio visual and specialist controls within a range of buildings from Houses, to Factories, restaurants, cinemas, bowling allies, farms, power stations, offices, schools the list is endless...We also carry out drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modelling using Revit. we use Amtech electrical design calculation software for the technical calculations.I work from home, and use sub contractors to carry out other services such as Estimating and project management for a number of local electrical contractors in the southeast of England. we carry out projects all over the UKI'm looking for a new simple but smart company logo, to rebrand the company which was formed in January 2000.We don't need to be high profile as we have plenty of work and regular customers, but I would like to modernise our image.I attached our existing company letter head which shows where we are currently with our logo, which I think is looking a little dated.
