Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for E' Lash Boutique. This is a new Eyelash Extension Salon based in Melbourne. . I want the E to be a feature of the logo as this is what I want to represent me. However I'm open to other ideas. I'm wanting to use blue's in the name but a graduated color from light to deep aqua. I don't want eyes or lashes but maybe some kind of flick that represents lashes.
