The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with css,html only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or shopify / ecommece integrated for this low budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Im after a website which is informative. I can supply all text to go into the website.
With the different pages im after something where maybe you click on the toolbar to change to the relevant page but with the homepage being the same for each of the options..This isnt intended to be a shopify/ecommerce website.

just to clarify, each page should follow the same template/design as the homepage but with spaces allocated for the relevant information for each page.
