Flyer Design Brief

Hey friends, My company is a consulting company for churches and Christian leaders. www.missionalthinktank.com - I am creating a sales brochure to be able to place in leaders hands as they are interested in potentially hiring us. I would also like to use whatever is created as a page on our website. I would like to see the design match the flavor and feel of our website (Target audience is leaders ages 25-35) No church images or churchy feel. The final design should communicate professionalism and youth. Attached is the logo, the content & copy as well as an example of a project I really like. Send me any questions you might have.
