Logo Design Brief

My skydiving team needs a logo. The team name is The Screaming Eagles. We are a 4-way formation skydiving team.
I've attached a picture of an eagle with a 4-way formation. I would like something like this - but the eagle to be more caricature, still with the attitude that is obvious in the attached picture.
I want to use the letters TSE in the logo.
