Web Design Brief

We need a web design for a new company called Blueshift Innovation. We do agile coaching, consulting, training and facilitation for medium to large enterprise, most just starting their agile journey. We want to be professional, but light and whimsical. We have started loading content onto the www.blueshiftinnovation.com website, using the Enfold Theme (real flexibility!)

We have a logo, and I really liked it, although if needed the colors can be adjusted depending on the design. I would advice sticking with the logo and its colors unless they become problematic or you have a fantastic idea.

I really like the colors found on post it notes, and use post it notes in all my coaching and training. I want to warn though, I don't want the whole site to be splashes of color, but I would like some pop of color, and you could use the post it note colors and the idea of post it notes for icon designs or sparingly for emphasis, but keep the design simple with lots of white space. I'm inspired by this template from Creative Markets and use the power point in the 2nd attached file...this may inspire you.
