Logo Design Brief

I am a health coach starting a blog and website called 'Nuts about Avocados'. I am a bit nuts about avocados...and nuts! the area of expertise will be around blood sugar level control and weight loss and long term preventative measures against heart disease, diabetes, arthritis etc. Its a serious business but I want to take the 'fear'out of it with the name and logo and make it seem less daunting for those in doubt working with someone like me. I'm young, energetic, enthusiastic, strong, focused, and I want the logo to represent that along with the funny side to it!
