Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a start-up company out of Toronto, Canada.
We specialize in selling and installing top-of-the-line window treatments into very high-end homes and executive offices. The design and feel should be simple, clean and perhaps something circular. The main product sold by us are motorized roller shades that use a sunscreen material. Use of the sun, window, shutter or venetians is not desired. Black, grey & bright green would be great. Attached images show roller shade examples.
