Logo Design Brief

I need a logo which will represent a new up and coming newspaper in China. This paper is oriented towards expatriates; however it is pro-china and I want a china feel to it. (NOT CLICHE DRAGONS STUFF). This is a professional paper that is going to be partnered soon. That in mind I want it simplistic and eye catching. The design should communicate loyalty, understanding, a life in China, and most of all the relationship between the East (China) and the West.

Target Market(s)

Expatriates in China. Chinese students abroad. Parents of international students. Business's interested in advertising on the site, these businesses will be IV league universities, and local Chinese universities.

This Should Be a Dynamic Design. It should allow for a phone number, an email, and a name and position of that person in my company. The backside should be the same as the front; however, the backside we will be using Chinese characters, but the same structure.
