Hi, As per your description, I have seen your website. Its is prepared in WordPress. I have some doubts so please clarify and let me inform.
1. Do you need only PSD design(Non Coded Web site. You have to pay extra to converted into Live Site)?
2. Do you need fully coded website (No need to pay extra 'cause designer will give you fully functional site)?
3. Do you need to upgrade your existing site with all the pages (as shown in your existing site) ?
4. Do you need your site in HTML5 & CSS5?(Word Press and HTML5 are both platforms which runs the site)?
If you need fully functional website,then your budget is too low and you have to increase your budget so good designers can work on it.
