YES, needs to be 76x76 pixels... we are laying it on top of profile pictures on an internal socmed site.

YES, would want the actual word in/on the badge somewhere... with consistency to placement across the badges.

Shape is not important, can be anything.

Kelly Green is our corporate color... less concerned with the color than the badges looking great.

I had edited and added the old design and i also made new type of badge which can be places under the names/photos of the users who earn that badge.
