Logo Design Brief

I'm creating an online coaching/lifestyle ballet website. I need a logo design. I have designed something tentative which I have attached here. I teach with a fork-- the old russian teachers would teach with a stick, or threaten students with a lighter under the legs. I have a lovely bedazzled fork that has become my trade mark. I have attached one idea I had of the design but can't make it quite right. I like the font used by the New York City Ballet, my former company.
