Flyer Design Brief
We need a flyer that promotes our home loan broking service. In summary, we are an Australian financial planning business that helps Gen X and Y make better financial planning decisions.
We would like the design to have a similar look and feel to the following:
http://www.e-brochures.com.au/fdfl/secure_future_enhanced_lifestyle/
Text that I would like included is:
(HEADING) Awesome Debt Management: Someone else's money used to Your advantage.
(Paragraph) Debt is not necessarily a dirty work. Smart Australian investors often use debt strategies to minimise tax burdens, pay off their home loan sooner and to build their wealth quicker.
(Promotion) Bring this along to your COMPLIMENTARY finance health check and we will give you a $25 Coles Myer voucher to celebrate your first step towards a better financial future. (Please include the image of the voucher near this text).
Finally, you must include our number (1300 880 325) and website (www.fdfl.com.au)
Apart from being consistent with the e-brochure above (please ensure you view the link), we would like the design to be bold and stand out from the crowd.
I have attached a previous home loan promotion design that I like but I feel that there are too many words and not enough space. Please use the good elements but avoid the rest.
Finally, I've also attached a DL "goldfish" design that I really like because I think the design is memorable and stands-out.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi there designers
Thanks for your designs so far. They look great.
I have extended the brief to give everyone the opportunity to reassess their design to make sure that it is consistent with the design brief. If anything is unclear please don't hesitate to make contact.
Thanks CB
