We are in the process of building 7 adorable, expat style, rental cottages on the northern coast of Ecuador in a small fishing village called San Clemente. This small fishing village draws many tourists and wanna be expats, who are exploring the area, but there are few rentals which meet the expectations of travelers from North America or Europe.

We will be offering fully furnished rentals, which are turn-key for travelers on the go. The previous owners had a large sign (on a 20 foot post) made, but it is dated, peeling and generally unattractive. We are hoping to repurpose the sign and concrete sign pole by creating a new design, and giving it a fresh look. The sign is rectangular approximately 3 ft wide and 2 ft tall. We are hoping for a sophisticated design which will reflect our direct ocean front location, with easily identifiable contact info. I have attached a pic of one of the cottages.....we are open to color selection, but would like to keep it tropical, airy, yet sophisticated.
