We're building a startup backed by decades of in-the-trenches experience, a lot of reflection, and some science around the dynamic ecosystem inhabited by employers, employees, and job-seekers. Employers don't really quite understand what it's like to work for them. They think they do, but they don't. And even if they do, they don't know how to articulate it, to share it, and to be authentic about it. At the same time, job-seekers (and we're are all job-seekers) are becoming increasingly astute and discerning about where they want to hang their hat. They want more information...more meaningful information...around what it's really like to work somewhere so they can make a more informed decision around where they will fit and thrive. At the same time, employers increasingly understand the value to transparency and authenticity; they just don't quite know how to get there. We're trying to bring the two together - by creating a productive conversation, community, and partnership dedicated to truth in employer profiling. We help businesses uncover the essence of how their people experience work, build a truthful story around it, and then share that story with their workforce - current and future. And we do this while continuously engaging that workforce in telling us what they want to know...what they need to know...so we can shape what and how the employers share. We need a logo that will hold identity and build brand among a broad-based public community as well as in the hallowed private board-rooms. KEY WORDS FOR CONSIDERATION: Truth, Light, Transparency, Authenticity, Lotus (symbol for purity), Clarity, Future of Work, Profile, Community, Ecosystem, Share
