Logo Design Brief

Hi. I'm starting an automotive events business, specializing in track days where people with modified street registered vehicles can come and race their cars around a sanctioned race track/circuit, and race their mates etc.
I'm looking for a logo to reflect this kind of event, and something that can become instantly recognizable amongst car enthusiasts once the business has been established.

I have included a link to photos of a similar event to give you an idea of exactly what we are doing.

I would like the words "Hi-Octane Events" to be featured in the logo, as well as some sort of reference to social automotive racing.
I don't want any reference to professional racing, such as V8 supercars, Nascars, Touring cars Etc.

Something that would fit a banner sized area for facebook pages

Car enthusiasts who would not normally have the opportunity to take their street registered cars onto a real racetrack. Age 18-60 male and female
